Recruit a New Electrical Apprentice & Receive up to £4,000 Incentive Payment.
For all new apprentices recruited from 1 April 2021 until 30 September 2021 employers will receive up to £4,000 Payment to help support their employment. The level of payment will depend on the age of the apprentice, this is detailed further below.

Payments will be made directly to employers in two equal instalments, where the apprentice is still on the apprenticeship after 90 days and 365 days. There will be no limit on the number of incentive payments that an employer can claim, if apprentice is eligible to receive funding and meets the criteria of being a new employee.
